30-day returns

If something isn't right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

1. Email houtkorea2024@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with your return authorization and the return address for your region.
3. Once the item arrives and passes inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Return shipping

• If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund — your choice.
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened training pads, poop bags, and grooming items cannot be returned unless defective.
