Customers ask us, fairly, where they can see HOUT gear in person before buying. The honest answer: in the US, nowhere yet. In Korea, where we are based, our gear is out in public most seasons. This post shows where, with photos from the events themselves, so you can judge the products and the company behind them even from the other side of the Pacific.
The fairs we keep coming back to
HOUT has run booths at Korean pet and camping fairs since 2022, starting with a pet health expo at COEX and the KINTEX pet fair that winter. The one we return to most is MegaZoo at KINTEX, one of the largest pet fairs in Korea. We were there in 2023, 2024, and again in May 2026: harness and leash walls, cots and playpens set out on the floor for dogs to actually climb on, and the dog surfboards that make people stop walking.
A fair booth is a blunt kind of quality control. Visitors do not read marketing copy; they yank the buckles, drop their dog on the cot, and tell you to your face what they think. Products that survive four years of that treatment tend to be the ones still in our lineup.
In spring 2026 we also ran a pop-up inside The Hyundai Seoul, one of the most selective department stores in the country. Getting shelf space there involves the kind of vetting you cannot buy your way past, and we are plainly proud of it.

Camping festivals, where the gear gets used for real
Fair booths show products. Camping festivals show them working. At GO OUT Camp in April 2024, a three-day outdoor festival, our tents, fences and cots spent the weekend on actual grass with actual dogs, which is a harder test than any showroom.
Since then we have kept the outdoor calendar going: the Sono Pet festival three times across 2025, the Weekend 74 camping event in June 2025, and a CIPS pet trade fair appearance in China in 2024. The photos in our product listings come largely from days like these rather than from studio sets.
What this means if you are buying from the US
You cannot walk into these events from Ohio, and we will not pretend otherwise. What they do give you is evidence: the products you see on this site exist at scale, get handled by thousands of dogs and owners in person, and are sold face to face under return policies far less forgiving than a webstore's. A brand that only exists as a website cannot show you that.

Quick questions
Do you have a US showroom or retail partner? Not yet. US orders ship directly from Seoul, and that is also why we put effort into photos, measurements and honest product notes on every listing.
Can I visit if I am in Korea? Yes. The We, Pet floor at The Hyundai Seoul carried our pop-up in spring 2026, and we post upcoming fair dates on our Instagram.
Is event gear the same as what ships to the US? Same products, same factories. The US store carries a subset of the full Korean lineup.
