30-day returns

If something isn't right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email houtkorea2024@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within 2 business days with your return authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Where returns go: HOUT ships worldwide from our facility in Seoul, South Korea, and returns are sent back to Seoul. We're upfront about this because international return shipping takes longer and costs more than a domestic return — please read the section below before shipping anything.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, you usually don't need to ship anything back. Send us photos with your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — your choice. If a return is needed in a specific case, we cover the return shipping.

Change-of-mind returns

Return shipping to Seoul is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Import duties and taxes collected at checkout are not refundable once the order has cleared customs.
Mark the customs declaration as "Returned goods" so the package isn't taxed again on arrival — we'll include exact instructions with your RMA.
Once the item arrives and passes inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
