Where we ship

HOUT currently ships to the United States and Taiwan.

United States

• Select items ship from our U.S. warehouse and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
• Items shipped from our studio in Korea typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Any applicable customs duties or import fees for Korea-shipped orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Taiwan

• Orders ship from Korea via international post and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
• Taiwan customs requires recipients to complete real-name verification through the EZ Way app before packages can clear customs. Please install EZ Way and approve the customs notification when it arrives — this is a standard step for all imported parcels.
• Orders above TWD 2,000 in value may be subject to import VAT (5%) collected by Taiwan customs.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding Korean public holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
